GmBackup is a DOS batch file that presents a menu that allows you to toggle on and off up to 9 different folders for backup. The result is a ZIP file which uses the current date-time for a filename. This is a relatively complex batch file and will sometimes require my intervention for successful implementation. The basic steps are... 1) Run GMBACKUP.EXE and allow it to install to the default folder. 2) Create a shortcut to GMBackup.BAT, which passes the parameter of AOK. 3) If your GoldMine paths are not as follows then you'll need to edit the batch file to make some changes. GoldMine = C:\Program Files\GoldMine\ Database = C:\Program Files\GoldMine\Common\ CAL file = C:\Program Files\GoldMine\GmBase\ If you're able to understand the above then you're probably able to implement it.
